In addition, digital overlays don’t require the use of screens or plates to achieve quality printing—which eliminates many set-up costs, allows for faster lead times and reduces minimum order requirements. Label-Aid Systems’ digital graphic overlays can be printed on a wide variety of substrates, including PVC, polyester, polycarbonate, vinyl, etc. Many of these substrates also contain UV inhibitors that significantly increase decal lifespan. Printing parameters are as follows: 12in X 18in sheet size, with 11in X 17in print size.
