Label-Aid Systems produces custom polypropylene labels and tags for your application. Polypropylene labels, also known as PP, OPP, and BOPP films, can be used when you need clear looking labels, parking decals and hang tags, barcode labels and decals, computer printable labels, industrial, commercial and retail labels, along with consumer product and prime product labels.
Label-Aid polypropylene film facestocks are derived from petroleum using cost-effective high-yield polyolefin resins. This film’s facestock has similar properties to polyethylene but is stronger, more rigid, and offers more temperature resistance. Efficient to produce, Polypropylene, or PP films, require less energy and fewer raw materials than most other film substrates. Polypropylene films are oriented, or stretched in one direction called a mono-axial film (OPP), or in both directions called a biaxially-oriented film (BOPP). This orienting or stretching of the film produces better optical qualities, while providing stiffness and high tensile strength.
